6.00 inch rail with removable ridge. Removable ridge can be mounted in various locations. Double-dovetail design allows for dual clamping surfaces on rail. One captive style slot. Two front holes for accessories. Two safety stops. This prevents free fall when the clamp is not full closed. (M3 Screws). The captive style screw will be about 0.3 inches above plate surface. If you are planning on using a plate with a blind hole, please check the depth of it. You may need a shorter screw. Double-dovetail design allows for dual clamping surfaces on rail.
